Terms of Service

1. Asset License

Upon completing secure purchase checkout, AIVORA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal and commercial license to use, customize, copy, and apply the digital prompt files and email swipe files for your own brand projects.

2. Prohibited Exploitation

You are strictly forbidden from repackaging, reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, or distributing any AIVORA file structures, prompts, or templates as standalone commercial products on competitive digital asset stores or public code repositories.

3. Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with the standard terms and guidelines of competitive third-party APIs (e.g. OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) when executing our prompts on their environments. We do not assume liabilities for external API availability shifts.

4. Modifications

AIVORA reserves right to amend these Terms of Service or modify digital files within the catalog at any given point. Continuous catalog visits constitute full agreement with active Terms.
